Shipping Policy (Pre-Order)

Please note that this is a pre-order item.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

• Orders placed now are expected to ship in June/July 2026.

• We will keep you updated on production and shipping milestones along the way! Please provide us your email address.

Processing Time:

• Once production is complete, please allow 10 business days for order processing before shipping out.

Shipping Time (After Dispatch):

• Singapore: 20-30 days

• International (e.g., USA, UK, Australia): 30-45 days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping promotions may apply for selected regions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• All international orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in the shipping cost—buyers will not incur additional charges upon delivery.
  

Order Tracking:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your Lavieloo has been dispatched.

Important Note:

• As this is a pre-order, refunds and cancellations are not allowed once production begins, unless the item arrives damaged or defective (see Return Policy).

• We appreciate your patience as we work hard to deliver Lavieloo to you and your bunny! 🐾
