At Lavieloo, your satisfaction matters to us.
However, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for any item that has been opened, assembled, or used, even if your bunny does not take to it.
We will only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

The outer box or product arrives damaged during shipping

The wrong item was sent

The item is clearly defective and unusable
To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must:

Contact us at bunnybackers@lavieloo.com within 7 days of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the damaged box and/or product before opening or assembling.
Important:

If the box or packaging appears damaged, please take photos BEFORE opening the package.

Once the package is opened or the product is used, returns are no longer accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

We do not accept returns due to personal preference or bunny behavior.

Lavieloo is a personal-use hygiene product for pets. Once opened, we cannot guarantee its sanitary condition for another customer. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the health and safety of our bunny community! 🐰
In short:
✅ Damaged product? — Report it immediately with photos.
❌ Opened or used? — No returns or refunds.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at bunnybackers@lavieloo.com.
