We are committed to delivering your Lavieloo safely to your doorstep. As we ship internationally from China, delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping schedules.

Please read the following information before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery may take up to approximately 2 months, depending on your location.

Most international orders are shipped via sea freight, which allows us to keep shipping costs more affordable for our customers.

Estimated delivery times:

• Singapore: Approximately 20–30 days.
• International (USA, UK, Australia, EU and other supported regions): Approximately 35–60 days.

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary due to vessel schedules, customs clearance, port congestion, weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team will prepare it for fulfilment through our logistics partner in China.

Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing.

Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it may take an additional 3–5 days for your tracking number to be generated and made available.

Please note: Your order may already be in the shipping process even if you have not yet received a tracking number.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
• Free shipping promotions may apply to selected regions or promotional campaigns.
• Shipping availability may vary by country depending on our logistics partners' supported delivery routes.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For destinations where we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are included in the shipping charges.

This means customers should not incur additional import charges upon delivery.

For destinations where DDP shipping is unavailable, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees will be communicated where possible before your order is confirmed.

Please note that shipping arrangements may vary depending on your country.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once it becomes available.

As our shipments are processed through international logistics partners, tracking information may not be generated immediately after your order is dispatched.

Tracking updates may also take some time to appear, particularly while your parcel is in transit by sea.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet our estimated delivery timelines, international shipping can occasionally experience unexpected delays.

These may include:

• Changes to vessel departure or arrival schedules.
• Customs inspections and clearance procedures.
• Port congestion or adverse weather conditions.
• Delays involving local delivery partners.

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us. We will check with our logistics partner and provide you with the latest available information.

If we are unable to fulfil your order or delivery exceeds the agreed timeframe, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, including cancellation or a refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been dispatched may not be immediately cancellable, as international shipments cannot always be intercepted.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
